Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Medical, Market Access) to gather accurate product information.
- Support in building and managing databases of ICBs, formulary pharmacists, hospital committees, and decision-makers.
- Assist in outreach activities to ICBs and formulary pharmacists — emails, follow-up coordination, scheduling discussions.
- Maintain updated tracking sheets for formulary submissions, approvals, and communication logs.
- Provide marketing support for tender activities and market access initiatives.
- Assist senior leadership in preparing decks, email content, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to create basic email campaigns, awareness content, and targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors whenever needed.
- Prepare weekly project status reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/Pharma decision-making and formulary processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
